What is the best time for the ceremony?
In my opinion, the best time for the ceremony is around 4pm. This is based on the idea that you are not planning to have a first look and 5pm if you’re having a fist look. Why not later?
First of all, it’s very important to have enough day light for photo and video after the ceremony. Sunset sessions are always the best and we need time with the couple to make some romantic shots.
Keep in mind, that your wedding organization depends on the work of a lot of people and sometimes everything runs late. Sunrise ceremonies are also a good idea. The light is perfect and the morning breeze is always nice.
What is your approach to filming a wedding day?
Our approach in filming a wedding day is purely candid storytelling, not stage direction. We’ll still interact with you of course, and have a laugh every now and then, but we don’t want to interrupt with the flow of your day. Experience has shown us that this is the best way to capture those real, natural moments as they happen.
Why invest in a quality wedding film? I already have a great photographer to capture my day.

Should I inform my wedding coordinator about using external video services?
It is very important that you let your wedding coordinator on the resorts know ahead of time that you have offsite vendors arriving on your special day. It is important that the vendor day pass be organized and paid* for prior to our arrival and that all communication between your coordinator be saved and documented so that the morning of there are no issues or complications when we arrive to the resort. External vendors can’t enter to the resorts as a guests unfortunately. We have to play by the rules and respect the policies in place or we will not be allowed to film future brides on these resorts for their special day. If we are coming to the resort to provide a service – it is a vendor day pass – unless the resorts policy states otherwise.
*no need to pay any fee for us in Majestic Resorts, Jellyfish, Huracan, Kukua and some other locations
